Q: why are most of your online items pre-order only when they launch?
A: it's MUCH better for the environment to create your goodies on a made-to-order basis because it'll allow us to prevent unnecessary waste... + let's be honest, mother nature is more important than instant gratification!

Q: what is the t.e.shop shipping policy?
A: orders will be fulfilled by the t.e.team once each week, + shipped out as they’re ready, according to the buyers shipping preferences noted at the time of check out. if multiple orders are made separately but in the same time window, + you wish to have your items mailed together, please email hello@torielizabethphotography.com immediately after your second purchase, with your order numbers in the subject line

Q: what is the t.e.shop return policy?
A: all sales are final, however, quality is our top priority (after comfort!) if you receive an item of clothing or a piece of merchandise that you feel is defective or damaged, please email a photo at your earliest convenience to hello@torielizabethphotography.com with the word “damaged” + your order number in the subject line.

Q: what is the t.e.shop exchange policy?
A: all exchanges must be started via email communication within 21 days of the receipt of your original order. exchanges will not be accepted after 21 days post-order date, + must be in original condition with all packaging included (such as dust bags, care cards, etc.)
